Does anyone else’s toddler put themselves to bed?

My son is 18 months & takes himself to bed. He won’t let me lay him down. Lol 
Well, he completely shocked me today. Instead of just laying down like he always does, he turned his tv off, shut his door & laid down in his bed. 
I’m so proud of him 🥰😫
I just get so amazed at the little things he does.

My mom says my little sister was like that. She slept through the night since infancy and would put herself to bed as a toddler, we'd be playing a game or reading or something and if she thought it was too late she'd abruptly get up, say that it was time for her to go to bed, and do it. I was apparently the opposite. My son isn't too bad. He'll kind of whine but that's about it.

My little sister used to put her self to bed when she was tired, she’d just go to bed, sometimes without even saying goodnight, she did it from around two, she is twelve now and does all she can to stay up haha enjoy it while you can, it’s amazing how fast babies grow and learn.
