This afternoon I went to the bathroom and when I went to wipe there was a tiny spec of blood on the toilet paper. Throughout my day I saw no more spotting, until just now. I went to wipe and there were a few small specs of blood on the toilet paper. I haven't experienced any spotting before today. No cramping really if anything Ive just felt like ive had a stomache ache all day, but with my nausea that's typically normal. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and this is my first pregnancy. Is this normal? If not should I go in tonight or wait tell morning and contact my NP? Any help would be greatly appreciated
