A couple of questions regarding my baby’s dad.

1. Does he get the legal right to use his own last name for our son/daughter, despite not being in a relationship with myself?

2. Do I legally have to allow the father to sign the birth certificate? Or can I refuse to write the father’s name due to receiving no emotional/financial support.

4. Do I have to allow the father to visit myself and our baby whilst I am in hospital/during lab

5. Can the father legally have rights to the child without a DNA test? Particularly if he is regularly under the influence of drugs and alcohol with previous dangerous driving convictions?

I’m genuinely scared for my baby’s life, as I am still currently pregnant and already he is using it as a way of intimidation.
