Any June mamas still dealing with SPD?
I notice it most when I'm stuck on my side, breastfeeding baby while he naps / we nap together. Sometimes towards the end of my runs, too. I'm hoping it will go away when I stop breastfeeding, as I know that keeps the relaxin levels high (at least that's what my doctor said).
Anyone else have any experience with this? Dunno if I should be seeking help. It's not nearly as bad as when I was pregnant though!
