Animal cruelty

I need help I live with my boyfriends family and his mom is a hoarder of trash, junk, and animals specifically dogs! She has a total of 18 dogs not including mine and my bfs but the worst part is she breeds them and not responsibly she has half of them outside in a shed locked in crates and then the rest inside locked in crates and only lets them out to use the bathroom it bothers me so much especially since the dogs who are pregnant have to stay in crates all day and to make it worst my dog and my bfs dog is stuck in crates too because they aren’t allowed to roam the house I usually keep my dog with me in my room but it’s frustrating for us both to be confined to my room and when I’m at work she’s In a crate and isn’t let out she says the reason she keeps them is because she doesn’t feel loved but the dogs make her feel it and then she also says she wants to breed them and currently 2 are pregnant and one isn’t even a year old it’s terrible conditions and the house is disgusting she blames it on the dogs instead of all the trash she collects and the way she feeds her dogs is by dumping the food on the nasty ground where they shit and the water dish is never clean so basically every dog is fighting over food and she thinks it’s ok long story short I want to report it but I don’t want my dog taken away too
