Pedi/nicu nurse here... almost positive that it’s yeast. It has the classics satellite lesions. You’ll need a nystatin cream to clear it up. Your doctor will order for you. Hope your little cute feels better!! 💜

It kind of looks like a yeast infection to me. No diaper rash cream really worked for my baby so I went to the doctor and she prescribed something a little stronger and it went away in a few days :) in the mean time I would keep it as dry as possible and try not to keep a diaper on it for a while. Change diapers frequently. Triple paste diaper cream works well too. I also used Pampers Pure diapers for the time being and that helped.

I usually ease off on the wiping only when she poops do I wipe just to avoid irritation. I leave her without diaper for a bit  and use butt paste .... it works toy for us

Doesnt look too bad to me, is it maybe time to up the size of your diaper? My girls always get rashes like that when it's time to move them up.
