Pcos diabetes and fertilaid

Has anyone else used fertilaid if so did it work I have pcos always had irregular periods don't ovulate on my own just got diagnosed with diabetes and just started fertilaid I've noticed since starting fertilaid it really curves my appetite and gives me energy but nothing yet although it's still early I've read tons of reviews on fertilaid and there basically all good if you have irregular periods.
