I have this painful thing on my nose and it’s getting worse. It will pus then bleed. Then I will get a head and it’ll pop then bleed. I’ve been putting an antibiotic ointment on it that’s made for acne but it hasn’t helped at all. It’s SUPER painful to the touch and I’m not sure what else might help. I’ve been doing heat also but no change. It’s made my nose swell and it looks crooked now. Help!??!
