How long can I wait to tell my in laws I'm pregnant?

I live in the same town as my in laws and this pregnancy was definitely a suprise! I'm nervous that my husband is going to tell them before I'm ready......any advice? I'm currently 8 weeks and 3 days

I personally told my parents first because they are my parents and I am their pregnant daughter. To me they have a right to know first. I didn’t want my MIL to know till 12 weeks because she has a big mouth. She ended up getting it out of him and told one of his brothers and her co worker. 😒 so i told both my siblings and bestfriends. I will share with the rest of his family when I feel comfortable. It’s a woman’s news to share idc how excited your husband is he should keep his mouth zipped unlike mine. 🙄

My parents knew at 8 weeks I am currently 11 weeks and we are not planning on telling my in-laws until after the first trimester likely around 15-16 weeks. 
With our son we didn’t tell the in-laws till 14 weeks. It’s just when you are comfortable. Talk to your husband and figure out when works best for both of you to tell them

my parents knew right away we haven’t told his parents yet...we are much closer to my parents...we are going to tell them in 2 weeks i’ll be 11 weeks

Whenever you feel comfy! Talk to your husband about it tho so he doesn’t blab before you’re ready lol. I’m 8+4 and my partner told his mom two days ago even though I told him I wanted to do it together. I should have made sure that was clear... 😂

I’m 9 weeks and 5 days and I haven’t told his parents or mine yet. They say it’s safe to tell at 12 weeks so I’m just on a countdown until then. I want to make sure everything is good before I say anything
