Thanks y’all! I started with a guided 10 day detox with no carbs, no sugars, no meat, no dairy. That took off nearly 10 lbs to start. I then only added back in meat and dairy, kept out sugars and carbs. Since then I usually do a smoothie in the morning- one apple, spinach, a few berries, cinnamon, protein powder, and water. If I’m on the run I do 2 hard boiled eggs and an apple or a cutie. Lunch usually is chicken or fish with a lot of veggies. Snacks are usually fruit like cuties or pears or berries or veggies like carrots and celery. Dinner is pretty much the same as lunch. I have a few healthy snacks I Keep on hand like string cheese, slim popcorn, and nuts for when I get cravings. I’ve had way less sugar cravings than I expected, having cut it out completely. And eating more fiber filled foods has helped me fill up easier so, I make sure I stop eating when I’m really full. And lots of water in between everything 😊
