i changed cities about a year ago and since then have been facing incredible hair fall. hadn't noticed how bad it is until recently when i realised im literally balding from forehead up. i can't really afford healthcare rn so i wanna know if there are any home remedies that can boost my hair growth?? idk im just worried about losing hair im just 22 and used to have really thick hair earlier. its just been thinning out on the front of my head so thats kinda scary. should i cut my hair short? rn it goes till a lil above my chest in the front.
