Can I drink these while pregnant?

I just chugged one of these and then thought to google it and saw mixed things. Are these safe during pregnancy?

You can, but be aware this is just a marketing scheme to sell a “healthy” beverage. It’s just water and sugar. 8 teaspoons of sugar to be exact 😳

Its fine to dribk while pregnant. And dont listen to the women who is saying it will cause a miscarriage. Your not gonna get way to much of any vitamins from drinking a couple of those a day

Yeah you’re fine. Just make sure you’re drinking water as well because they do contain a lot of sugar. I drink the vitamin water zero versions when I want one that way I’m not getting all that sugar

I drank them my whole pregnancy with my first bc it was the only drink I could hold down and she turned out fine she was actually my less complicated pregnancy lol

As long as you’re not drinking them every single day on top of your prenatals. Plus these aren’t as healthy as they make them seem.
