I’m so worried

I went in for ultrasound at 22 weeks and they said baby is completely healthy but that his head is measuring 2 weeks ahead, but his body is normalI’m hoping that just means he has a big head like his momma and not Macrocephaly, I’m now 26 weeks along . Might have to have a c-section if he is too big.. has this happened to anyone else?
