I had a medium spotting about two days ago and last night I smelled blood but didn't see anything and then only saw the smallest tint of pink when I wiped?

And itchy areolas

According to Glow I'm supposed to get my period tomorrow, however I got my period on October 2and my husband came back the 19th from deployment and we have not been using protection. any thoughts??
