Letrozole anyone?

What’s been your experience with it? I’m 38 and just had my CD3 blood and ultrasound. My levels and ultrasound came back good and most likely be starting Letrozole this cycle. Just wondering what to expect....

I was put on 2.5mg, you need to take it cycle days 3-7, and I got my vitamin D, prolactin, thyroid and progesterone checked. They did a vaginal ultrasound on cycle day 19, and I have fibroids, but they're not in a worrisome location, but my uterine lining is to thin, only 5mm, and it needs to be like 7-8 for the egg to implant and stick. (Had a chemical pregnancy back in December) they are doing another ultrasound on day 11 of my new cycle to see what my lining measures, and if they will need to increase my dosage, or put me on progesterone pills.
