I don't know where else to turn. I just turned 43 and am desperate to have a first child. My cycle has always been very regular, but I've never been pregnant. I did my 1st cycle of letrozole and didn't ovulate. Now my period is a week late and I'm not pregnant. I had a progesterone blood test and the doctor's office says my period should start in a couple of weeks. Has anyone ever experienced this?
