So I have the Kyleena IUD and have had it for about a year and a half now. I get a period once in a blue moon that last about 5 days. A few days ago I went to the bathroom and had bright red blood running down my leg. No idea where it was coming from. I’m 19 and have had a period since I was 13 and this just was nothing like my period at all. A completely different type of blood to me. I’m also having lower back sharp pains and in my lower abdomen area. Not like cramps at all just a sharp pain every 5-10 minutes. Anybody have a clue what this could be?
