What face washes can I use? I find mixed things on the internet some say you can't use salicylic acid and other websites say you can. I've been washing my face with biore fighting ice cleanser and sometimes I use proactiv sulfur mask as a spot treatment. I've tried using pregnancy safe face washes and they don't work at all. Anything other than what I'm using I break out something horrible. I'm about 20 weeks and I've tried to avoid ance face wash but I end up going back cause it's the only thing that works for me.
