Sleep training help
Hi did any of you sleep train your baby? I will be checking in on him at 5,10,15 minutes, but how long did you do this for until your baby finally fell asleep? And what if more than 1 hour goes by and baby is still not asleep, do you rock/feed him to sleep then or continue letting him cry it out?
