I actually noticed a difference in my waist before I even suspected I was pregnant!!! Probably about 10 dpo. I was losing weight and being very vigilant with my exercise routine and body aware. I thought, “boy, my body sure is acting pregnant, but there’s no way” boy, was I wrong!!! (Also, for all you “iT’s JuSt BlOaT” assholes out there, who cares...if it’s from being pregnant it’s a baby belly. Y’all people are the worst)
