I just got my flashing smiley on my clear blue ovualtion test today does anyone know what that mean ? Should i start intercourse?

Did you read the manual? I see this question here daily and the answer is in the box... the little paper in there explains:
- what a flashy smiley means
- what a solid smiley means
- what an empty smiley means
- for how many days you can have the flashy smiley
- why there are 2 days of solid smileys
- what to do when the solid smiley does not appear
And no you cannot read the lines on the stick, you really need the digital reader for that.
Nothing personal but I truly wonder why you, and all the others with similar questions, bought relatively expensive ovulation test if you don't know how they work and you don't bother to read the instructions.
Now go have sex, cause you entered your fertile window!

That means you are entering your ovulation period. So I would have sex. I believe you may get a couple days of the flashing smiley and then when you get the solid smiley that is your peak day or best chance of pregnancy.
