Home made baby food with breast milk
Those of you who make your own baby food, do you use frozen breast milk or freshly expressed? i hace baggies of milk with as little as 1oz and as much as 4oz.... how much food do you make? How much breast milk do you use? Is it safe to redress breast milk if there’s leftover? Otherwise what do you do with leftover milk? I know so many questions I guess I’m getting nervous because the day to start feeding her purées is getting closer. 😅
