Pulled a stomach muscle?
This morning I stepped out of my house onto the porch & I slipped. I landed on my knee (ripping my new maternity pants in the process 😒). I was holding my 2yo son so I kind of fell funny because I didn’t want to fall on him or onto my stomach as I’m 19w2d with baby boy #2. Now it feels like I’ve pulled something, i feel a little bit of pain pulling on the right lower side near my stomach/groin. Anyone have any good tips on stretching this out? The baby seems fine I’ve felt him moving since, it’s just I jacked up my knee & seem to have pulled something.
