My baby has cow and soy protein allergy
My baby’s pediatrician told me I should be on a strict diet avoiding cow and soy protein. The last time I took him in to see another pediatrician she told me I could have some things that have milk and soy in them as long as it’s in small amounts. I should still avoid milk, yogurt, ice cream, sour cream etc... but things like bread or chips etc... I could have but small amounts. I’am craving some chips and salad dressing for my salad... but should I not have it since the dressing contains soy only and the chips I want to eat contain cheddar cheese and skim milk. I’m sure it’s not s huge ankle compared to drink milk or having yogurt. What should I do?
