Anyone taken Metamucil powder??

If so how many times a day you took it a day For constipation ??

I’m 32w and have been taking it on and off since 25 weeks. Though the last week I’ve been taking it daily, 1tsp per day and that’s been enough to keep things moving at least every other day.

Just started this past weekend. I am good with 1 in the morning and at night I take magnesium powder. Both together have helped keep my regular.
