Sleep Regression Help!
So my daughters sleep schedule since she was one month old has been go to bed, wake up around 4 a.m. for a feeding and then back to sleep till 7:30-8:00 and then she’d get up. Well about 2 days before she turned 4 months she started getting up every 2 hours all night long. I’ve heard of 4 month sleep regression but this Saturday will have been 6 weeks of her getting up anywhere from every hour to every 2 hours. Is it normal for it to last this long? When she gets up she feeds and goes back to sleep so I thought maybe a growth spurt was coming but now that it’s been almost 6 weeks I’m wondering if it’s something else 🤷🏽♀️ any input helps! Thanks!
