Pumping question
I’m 5 days postpartum and struggled with breastfeeding a lot. Very painful and bloody nipples. So I took day 3 totally off but then day 4 I pumped three times and today is day 5. How many times do I need to pump? I’m not sure what to do. Saw lactation in the hospital and honestly they’re zero help.
