Green bubbly poop?

Question

My baby has been having green bubbly poop. I googled it and it said it could be from a foremilk-hindmilk imbalance. I do have a forceful let down. How can I fix this. I read pump 1oz before feeds but my baby is 6weeks old. It would be impossible for me to pump before every feeding. 
Help please! 
Or should I stop breastfeeding? She’s been really fussy during feedings and it’s really hard to put her to sleep these last few days.

I would stop eating dairy if I were you and see if it helps at all.

Is that a rash/is her butt irritated where the poop has touched her? That doesn’t look like normal green poop due to imbalance. It almost looks like a stomach sensitivity. You may have to switch around your diet to try new things/cut certain things out in order to see if that’s the issue. Does she get gassy or tummy aches?

Try block feeding. Basically just feeding from one boob each feeding that way babe gets the hind milk as well as the fore milk. If poop is still green and/or has mucus (other symptoms can include excessive gas, pain/fussiness, rash) it could be a dairy intolerance. I had to completely cut dairy out of my diet for both my kids.

My daughter had the same thing while I was breastfeeding and turned out I was eating something SHE was allergic to, as in eggs. She did have a sensitivity to dairy but I had cut back on my dairy and it was still happening so they took some blood from her and discovered she was allergic to eggs. When I stopped eating eggs she was fine.

Looks like an allergy to something you are eating..keep a food diary and it should help..try cutting milk and see if that helps.. but it takes 3-4 weeks to see improvement if it is milk

How is her latch? Are you in pain during feeding? Is it something you’re eating?
My LO is 16 weeks, and currently has green poop in the afternoon. In the AM it’s yellow, so he’s getting more fat. In the afternoons, it’s more water. He’s telling my body what he needs, but the poop color still bothers me (I always want it to be yellow).
Before this, he had awful lip and tongue ties. He wasn’t able to pull the fatty milk out and was horribly uncomfortable after feedings. We had his ties released, and it got better. However, if I have too much chocolate, dairy, or eggs, he becomes more uncomfortable and has greener poops. It’s not an allergy, just a sensitivity.

it’s best to take her to the doctor or her health nurse just to be sure. Her poor little bottom looks super red, it may be hurting her bum too. just apply some nappy cream or powder to help with that ( i’m sure you already know this but just in case )
