Painful ovulation??

So its been 8 days since I took my last clomid pill and I'm experiencing really bad stomach cramps and backache almost like PMS symptoms. Just wondering if it means I could be ovulating? Or is it something else.

Are you taking opk. If it's positive at the same time the. I would say yes. I had really bad cramps with ovulation this cycle.

I had very bad cramps as well. I thought I was starting my period early, but decided to take an OPK and it was positive.
