Just to be clear, I am not asking “are you racist, sexist, ageist, etc?”.. in previous US elections it can be noted that some candidates—regardless of if they won or not—obtained or lost votes from certain groups of people based on these traits.. in some cases candidates even drew extra attention to their campaign by suggesting more of their ‘type’ was needed in office (be it more women, or more minorities, or more people of varying religions backgrounds). It is also thought that some Presidents in the past could have received extra votes for being young and attractive (JFK for example). I have to think these things are also factors—however small—in other nations elections.

I am wondering if you feel that those factors sway your vote in any way. Do you prioritize any of these things in hopes of seeing more ____ kinds of people in government or in power?
