Hair dye on my hands while pregnant

So I was dying my friends hair black today and when I took my glove off it was covered like saturated in dye I’m so terrified now that it’s been all over my hands and the chemicals harming my baby I’m currently 9 months with my first. I don’t need sarcasm I’m really upset and afraid right now.
