I heard that most of the grandparents today chose not to stick with the original granny/grandma and grandpa and I wanted to know if it's true for you ladies as well.πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

For example my mother is Maia (no, her name is not Maia or MayaπŸ˜‚, but it's a name my first daughter gave to her instead of grandma and it stuck and my mom loves itπŸ’›) and my father is Odi (again, nothing to do with his name, credit to my daughter's gibberish πŸ˜‚) my hubby's mother is Tia and my hubby's father is Tio (those are more simple and the grandparents chose it themselves and it was easy for my daughter to remember so these ones stuck too❀️).

So, my question is: What do your parents want to be called by your kids? Or what do your kids call them?
