Wine and ibuprofen..? Valentines day period 😭

I got my period this morning and I'm taking few ibuprofen throughout the day because of CRAMPS 🙄🙄😭
Do you think it's fine to drink wine while taking ibuprofen?
So no sex for me for valentines day but also no wine?? ✋🤔

I wouldnt swallow them down with wine but if you take it an hour or so before and with food, it should be fine. Alcohol and NSAIDs together can increase the risk of stomach and intestinal irritation, ulcers, and bleeding and the risk is more the more alcohol and ibuprofen you take. So, definitely dont overdo either

I mixed Advil with wine every time I drank it lol helps prevent wine headaches.  Never had an issue

As long as your not consuming huge amounts of wine you’re probably fine. Just take the painkillers with water than maybe wait a bit before you have a drink.

Sometimes I'll take an ibuprofen while I'm drinking. I wouldn't take a lot though. Try to cut back on them for the day. 
Never take Tylenol with alcohol though. Ibuprofen is more kidney dangerous, not so much for the liver, like Tylenol which is why it doesn't mix with alcohol
