Femur growth?

Has anyone had this before? 
I’m 31 weeks, has scan today and they said his femur bones are still at 28 weeks and want me to go for another scan in 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this?

Any update on this? I’m close to delivery and freaking out. specialist ruled out growth restriction causing short limbs. Hubby and I are average to tall height and my girls are both long. This baby’s femurs aren’t even on the chart. No other signs of dwarfism either. I don’t know what to expect.
