Post pill - had period now none at all

After coming off the pill, I got my period twice about 35ish days apart. For my third period off the pill, I still haven’t gotten it and I’m on day 42. Took two tests and both negative. Seeing my gyno for testing next week but curious if anyone else had this issue.
