So this morning i woke up with horrible intense stabbing pains like so bad even breathing hurts i took some pamprin and have a thermacare period patch on but it still hurts and i have house cleaning to do but i just want to crawl back into bed sometimes i get these same pains but they're dull and bearable

Make a doctors appointment to have them run some tests and listen to your symptoms. In the mean time I find naproxen to work best for me (I have to take more than the over the counter dose though, that’s why my doctor gave me a prescription) but you could maybe have some one run to the store and get you some to see if that will help (normal dosage is like 220mg and my doc has me take 500mg every 12 hours) it will get me from excruciating pain that has me on the bathroom floor throwing up to actually being able to go and do normal day to day things. Also if you aren’t on a birth control you may look into that. I’m in pain for the entirety of my cycle (ovulation and period) If im not on a birth control.
