How do you deal with anxiety?

11 dpo today. I couldn’t wait and took a HPT... it was a BFN. Had an appointment with my OB-gyn and she did and ultrasound and told me my endometrium was tick so she asked for a beta HCG test.... I am so nervous... don’t want to get my hopes up but I am really anexious
