How far are you?  If it is not so often, then I think it is your baby, unless you have eaten something that gives a lot of air in your stomach.  If you are not sure, ask your doctor how the sounds sounded - just a piece of advice.  Had it this way myself, my daughter was very "noisy" at times. 🍼😉
