Starting pacifier at 9 months??

So, my issue... my girl is 9 months old and is sleeping like crap right now. Up every hour on the dot, the only thing that soothes her is a bottle, the more she drinks the more her belly hurts. I’m desperate right now. I’ve gotten a little over 4 hours of sleep in the last 50 hours, according to my Fitbit. She’s never been one for a pacifier, but maybe if I get the pacifier that is similar to a bottle top! The tommeee tippee ones!

I'm not sure on your sleep method but my LO has been up and down with sleep since she was about 4 month old. Sometimes she would sleep until 4am and other times she was up every hour. Moat recently we struggled with multiple wake times in the middle of the night between 1and 4 which for a 10month old isn't necessary. We were putting her to sleep in our arms/rocking her or with a bottle. We bit the bullet and decided to do sleep training 5 days ago. The first night was the worst watching her cry in her crib.  We gave it 10mins and if she didn't stop we would go in there. The first night it only took her 8 minutes the second night she cried for minutes fell asleep then woke up or another 3minute and fell asleep the last 3nights she hasn't cried at all. Since the first night she has been sleeping through the night. It was really hard to do this and still is. You feel horrible but it was time for my daughter husband and I to all get better sleep. Idk if this helps. Maybe you just need a paci and it will help you. But my daughter isn't a paci baby either so that wouldn't help her.

There’s definitely a sleep regression at this time. It’s been tricky. 
If you think the pacifier will help, go for it. Or maybe offer a lovey if you’re comfortable. 
We use tommee tippee pacifiers, it’s the only ones my guy likes.

There is a sleep regression at this age, combined with some teething and developmental leaps its a horrible combination of everything that disrupts your childs sleep. We have been going through this for the past couple of weeks. She has always been a crappy sleeper (i considered a 4 h stretch amazing) and now its even worrse. My daughter also never had a pacifier and I dont want her to have one but if you feel it might help and you are ok with it, you can try it, just know its a developmental thing!

My son only liked the tommee tippee ones till literally a week ago now he is starting to use the ones that we tried but never worked and just put in his toy bin for teething😂 but I highly recommend the tommee tippee ones!
