3rd trimester. Please help:(

I’m 29 weeks as of today and I’ve had a little tiny bit of blood everytime I wipe after using the bathroom. I’m going to call my ob as soon as I can but does anybody know what this could possibly be? Baby girl is still moving and kicking away. Also I haven’t had sex or any vaginal exams within the past 4 weeks.
