I had spotting like this at around the same time when I was pregnant. They told me I was miscarrying, especially after only seeing an empty sac on the ultrasound. This is my “miscarriage” now.

I'm bleeding lightly and my lower back burns/hurts. But no cramping at all. I've had 2 miscarriages so I'm freaking out 😔

As long as you're not bleeding a lot or cramping I think you will be fine. I had spotting like that at 6 weeks and I'm now 33 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby.
