Ectopic?? (Please help)

I am currently 11 days late on my period, and I’m never late. I took 4 pregnancy tests a few days before my missed period, because I’ve been have abdominal cramping. All 4 had faint positives. Tested again the next day with red dye tests, because the ones before were the blue dye tests which I don’t feel are very accurate; but they were the only tests I could get ahold of the day before. The red dye tests were negative. Here I am 11 passed my missed period and all tests are negative and no signs of a period??

I still have weird abdominal cramping, been dizzy and have bad headaches (which I never get). I’m just throughly confused. Please help!
