Has anyone tried vaginal steaming? Is it safe? I’ve heard of this but Im indecisive.

From what I have read it has risks and no actual benefits. Bo proven ones anyway just claims from indavidual but nothing medically or scientifically proven. I would just say definitely talk to an actual doctor first if you really want to try it. Don't just go off of what people online say or say their doctors said or what blogs say. Talk to your doctor and they can answer any questions you have.

I don’t think it’s worth it, from what I’ve heard it doesn’t really have many benefits and it’s a waste of money. I’ve personally never gotten it done but my friend has.
