Pregnant capsicum?

Could this be a sign? Has anyone ever experienced this before?

I keep mistaking frequent urges to pee and sore boobs for symptoms. I've been to the doctor and it's not UTI. She wanted to run further tests but I haven't been back because I'm scared of finding something else. 😭 The stinging in my boobs I haven't seen the doctor about but read a few scary things not relating to a pregnancy symptom.

Feeling really low and stuck with month 10 of TTC and another BFN.

Any words of encouragement would be appreciated 🌷
