I haven’t had experience with it but one of my close friends who just had a baby said her son scratched himself all the way across his forehead and she put breast milk on it and said it was practically gone later that afternoon. Swears up and down. Said she’s gonna make breast milk soap. I would try it just to see. It’s not gonna hurt anything if it doesn’t work.

It won’t hurt it but it’ll heal just fine if you just leave it alone.  My LO has had a few good scratches and they’re gone within a couple of days.
