So I work second into third shift my jobs great and all but the drive is not worth it anymore and neither is the pay! the plus side to it is I’m allowed to bring my kids with me when my husband works late at night or is out of town. I would like something during the day while my kids are in school so I can see them at night since dad doesn’t always get stuff done after a long day at work. My problem is I’m scared I don’t have family to watch after my kids so I’ll have to pay for childcare for after school and all the breaks they get them I’ll be taking time off when there sick plus doctors appointments I have one with a medical condition that requires a lot more doctors and hospital visits and another with a speech delay where we’re seeking help. I also attend school functions as my parents were not there in that area and dad doesn’t show up due to work. I also deal with all school drop offs pick ups after school activities doctors appointments therapy appointments etc... any tips or advice or tricks sorry for the long post just need to get it off my chest and vent to someone
