Possible Miscarriage

I am 13 weeks today, I woke up this morning and had enough bleeding to where someone could think they got their period. I haven’t had any cramping since Thursday and then it was light. There was small and very little clotting in the toilet when I got up. I called our birthing center and she said it could be from the recent intercourse yesterday but I don’t think that much bleeding is common. It’s Sunday and she said there isn’t much we can do. Do I go to the emergency room? The walk-in? Someone help me please
