So I posted asking about when I should take a pregnancy test... I took the test this morning and it came back negative. But I am now 11-13 days late, cramping and spotting now. Does anyone know what is going on or what I should do now?

If you are trying to conceive or are just concerned about irregular periods, you can make an appointment with your gynocologist, but one irregular month isn't going to get their attention. It's very normal.
