Cramping.. 8w 3d

Hi All❤

I'm currently 8w 3d pregnant with baby #2. I had a scan at 6w and everything looked fine, Baby measured 6w 5d and we saw a heartbeat (there was a couple of pockets of blood in there which they said could have been old blood from implantation) I have been having cramping (period style, aching in my lower front and back) nothing extreme or crippling but I dont remember having this with my first. Also when I wipe I am getting slightly yellow CM which is worrying me as I'm thinking what if it is a little blood making it yellow? Me and my husband havent had sex since before our bfp🙈 I'm too nervous to until we are out of the danger zone. Any words of comfort or general advice for me? Xx
