Blood blister on my nipple?

I think I gave myself a blood blister pumping... is there something I should do can do? It doesn’t hurt but should I worry about it popping or getting worse?

Is this right after pumping or shortly after? I ask because your areola around your nipple also looks red and inflamed which could mean your flange isn't fitting properly.
